PUBLIC OFFER

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer,” “Agreement”) is an official offer by the “Contractor” on the website https://www.systemnoagency.com for the provision of advertising and marketing services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) to legally capable individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) under the terms and conditions specified below.
1.2. In accordance with applicable laws, acceptance of the Offer and payment for Services by the Customer constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Customer and the Contractor, signifying acceptance of the terms outlined in this Offer.
1.3. This Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer submits a request for Services on the Contractor’s website and the Customer’s funds are credited to the Contractor’s account.
1.4. The Contractor and the Customer mutually guarantee that they possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into and fulfill this Agreement.
1.5. By accepting the Offer, the Customer confirms that these terms do not infringe on their legal rights and interests. If the Customer does not agree with any provision of the Offer, they should refrain from using the Services.
DEFINITIONS AND TERMS 2.1. The following terms are used in this Offer:
- Offer – This public agreement for the provision of Services.

3.2. The cost of each type of Service is determined individually by the Contractor. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment funds are received in the Contractor’s account.
3.3. Payments under this Agreement may be made using one of the methods offered to the Customer, including but not limited to:
- Electronic payment systems;
- Bank transfers to the Contractor’s account;
- Payments via authorized agents;
- Other payment methods agreed upon with the Contractor.
SERVICE TERMS 4.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with limited access to its services as specified on the Website.
4.2. The types of Services and payment methods are indicated on the Website.
4.3. Ordering a Service is confirmed by the Customer submitting a request and making payment. The Contractor begins fulfilling its obligations from the moment payment is received, adhering to the agreed service provision terms.
4.4. If the Contractor properly fulfills its obligations, the Customer is required to accept the Services. If the Customer identifies deficiencies, they must provide a reasoned written complaint within five (5) days. The Contractor is then obliged to address the shortcomings within a reasonable time. If no complaint is submitted within the given timeframe, the Services are considered accepted.
